• Negative: A sitting group or divan sofa could easily fit next to windows. More comfortable then.

• Staff: 5 Member who checked us in was unhappy and smiled when we left. Was also robotic during phone call. Other members were great.
• Quietness: 7.5 Noise from hallway can be easily heard into room. Other guests figured out this too and were then more silent.
• Room: 7.5 Sitting group needed. Casual Stars room size perfect.
