• Positive: Price and Location were really impressive. Front of house very welcomming and helpful, room was excellent. The extras - welcomming drink, free minibar, evening buffet were nice touches.
• Negative: Common areas in Hotel were a bit limited. Biggest issue was the Breaskfast Salon - very crowded, staff were under pressure and not on top of service. Tables were left covered with the previous users mess. The food was OK - adequate but not varied.

• Cleanliness: 10 Room was very clean -bathroom also
• Location: 10 Super location - we were amazed. Also we had requested a quiet room and got one at the back of the building with a view over Sacre Couer - excellent.
• Common facilities and services: 5 Breakfast Salon was crowded.
• Staff: 7.5 Front of House were excellent. Staff in Breakfast area were not of the same quality - but they were very busy.
• Quietness: 10 Really impressed - was on a side street, but also we had a room on the back.
• Room: 10 Very nice, modern comfortable, small balcony, recently renovated. Full size bath ( rather than just shower )
• Value for money: 10 Top price - even coming from UK with the weaker GBP it was excellent value.

• Negative: la chambre vetuste (tapisserie en partie decollée) , la salle de bains indigne d'un 4 étoiles avec le wc incorporé et un état de propreté limite comparable à un hotel ...de passe !!! et enfin le petit dejeuner en chambre facturé 20€ et d'une pauvreté extreme. Le pain n'était certainement pas du jour ni de la veille...

• Value for money: 2.5 tres deçu par ce 4 étoiles que je voulais offrir à ma femme pour ce week-end que j'avais preparé avec beaucoup de soin. Les differentes photos de l'hotel sur le site sont tres ou trop flateuses...par rapport à la réalité
