• Quietness: 10 Una habitación muy tranquila a pesar de estar en una calle de mucha vida nocturna. La sonorización funcionó muy bien. No se oía nada
• Room: 10 Habitación Alhambra con su terraza estupenda era muy cómoda y tranquila. Había bastante espacio para trabajar en la mesa también que fue importante en un viaje de negocios.

• Positive: The cleanliness of the entire hotel; the quality of the breakfast; the pleasant disposition of everyone who worked there; and the tremendous location in the center of Granada – super!
• Negative: The space around the door! This allowed all the noise from the hallway to flow unhindered into my room. And the noise from the elevator shaft at all hours of the day and night was most unpleasant. A different room (and door) as well as a room away from the elevator would surely have been just fine!

• Location: 10 This place is amazingly close to many lovely parts of Granada.
• Common facilities and services: 10 Everything was provided that I could possibly have hoped for!
• Staff: 10 Super, super friendly, respectful, courteous and concerned about each guest's welfare. Amazing!
• Quietness: 5 This is the one thing that needs work in this hotel! The doors and the elevator need to be properly sound-proofed. This was not up to standard!
• Room: 7.5 Very good but modest in size. The windows seal properly and little noise came in from the outside.
• Value for money: 10 The price I paid (directly to the hotel) was an absolute bargain, particularly with the terrific breakfast!
