• Cleanliness: 10 Las habitaciones nos las han limpiado muy bien todos los días y nos han hecho también las camas.
• Location: 10 La ubicación es perfecta, muy centrica y cerca de todos los lugares que visitar.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Las instalaciones están bien y el servicio es muy bueno. Lo único que nos parecio que se puede mejorar es el ordenador para clientes. No funcionaba y no pudimos hacer el check-in desde allí.
• Staff: 10 El personal muy amable, atendiendonos a cada cosa que les hemos pedido. Muchas gracias.
• Quietness: 10 Siendo la calle tan centrica como lo es, desde la habitación no se escuchaba nada de ruido.
• Room: 10 La habitación está muy bien. Las camas, tanto los colchones como las almohadas muy cómodas. Y el baño está muy bien equipado. Las vistas no son nada del otro mundo porque el hotel está entre calles, pero para nosotras ha sido más importante la ubicación que las vistas.
• Value for money: 10 Nos ha parecido que lo que hemos pagado está muy bien para lo que hemos recibido. El desayuno buenisimo y muy completo.

• Negative: El baño tenia muchar humedades en el techo. La habitación era muy pequeña y para llegar a ella, habia que sortear varios tramos de escaleras en el pasillo, algo incomodo con las maletas.

• Cleanliness: 5 Se me cayo una cajita de polvos en la habitación y estuvo manchado el suelo todas la estancia, no barrieron ningun dia

• Quietness: 7.5 Los ruidos exteriores eran nulos, pero por el contrario se podia oir muy bien la utilización de baños contiguos y el llanto de un bebe de la otra habitación
• Room: 5 Muy pequeña para dos adultos. El armario sin puerta no le hace muy estetica, y tampoco tenia mas detalle que la televisión, en la que algunos canales no se veian, por ejemplo la TVE1.
• Value for money: 5 El desayuno si bajabas a las 10 de la mañana ya no reponian, y eso que el desayuno era hasta las 10:30h
