• Positive: Great location, walking distance to many good places. Near bus stops too. Staff were helpful. Rooms very clean and with fresh, new decor. Ample air conditioning for the hot days. Nice buffet breakfast.
• Negative: We had a 'superior' room but had a walk in shower (disable friendly) and not a bathtub. Our son had a standard room but had a bathtub.

• Location: 10 Walking distance to Albaycin quarters, central shopping areas and food places, city transport to Alhambra.
• Common facilities and services: 10 Nice breakfast buffet.
• Staff: 10 Very helpful, with directions etc. Very courteous. The gentleman who got our car back drove us back out to the main road so we could get out without getting lost.
• Quietness: 10 Very central but the sound proofing was good.
• Room: 10 Very new, but out 'superior' room did not have bath, bidet or hairdryer -was probably a disable friendly room with a walk in wet-room style shower and a telephone in the bathroom. We could have asked to change I guess, but didn't bother to in the end.
• Value for money: 10
