• Staff: 2.5 Se valora positivamente que escribiese un watzap antes de llegar. Se echa en falta que no haya recepción las 24h. Hay momentos del día que no hay recepción no hay personal. Yo prefiero hacer el cheking y que me atienda una persona y no una máquina.

• Staff: 2.5 Es un hotel con check in y check out sin contacto con nadie, ya que la recepción abre unas horas muy concretas. Por lo que no tuve casi trato con nadie del hotel

• Positive: The Hotel was clean, good breakfast and comfy bed.
• Negative: Difficulty in finding hotel. Map sent by email totally useless for anyone arriving by car who did not know the city centre streets. Having to pay the bill on arrival before even seeing the room. Attitude of staff member on duty because we complained that no-one was available to park our car which was supposed to happen. No tea or coffee was in our room as it should be provided. We had to ask for it. The member of staff on duty could not tell me if my car registration had been passed on to the authorities which we provided in advance.

• Location: 7.5 Apart from finding the hotel location.
• Common facilities and services: 2.5 No bar, no restaurant available even though website stated it was available despite covid.
• Staff: 10 Everyone was excellent apart from the member of staff who greeted us on arrival.
• Quietness: 7.5
• Room: 7.5 Smaller than expected for a superior room. No door on wardrobe and only one upright chair as a result of the size of room.
• Value for money: 7.5 If my complaints above had not arisen I would have said it was excellent value for money.
