• Staff: Not rated amables en general pero descuidados en atencion al cliente ya que estuvimos 3 horas sin luz teniamos que dejar el hotel y nadie del personal se ofrecio a ayudar a bajar las maletas desde la planta nº11, lo tuvimos que hacer nosotros por la escalera.
