- Quietness: Not rated My room backed onto a school and the noise was excessive. I have no issue with children playing but when it is right outside my window in an enclosed area it is too much.

- Value for money: Not rated I do not believe that considering the poor standard of breakfast, small room, outside noise, very poor standard of room service the room rate was at all justified.
