• Positive: Close to Metro and central to everything in Madrid. You can walk almost anywhere from the hotel... and easy to take the metro and the cercania trains from the airport to Sol. This is my second year staying at the hotel. It's clean, safe, and so convenient. And reasonably priced.

• Location: 10 Right in the heart of Madrid. We walked to all the major sites.

• Quietness: 5 We stayed in a room overlooking Puerta del Sol. There was some noise, but tolerable. It was fun to watch all the action outside.
