• Positive: Amabilidad de los empleados (restaurante, limpieza y recepción).
• Negative: - Muy mala insonorización en las habitaciones. Oíamos hasta roncar al vecino en detalle. - A pesar del trato del personal, que es muy amable, la política oficial de atención al cliente no está a la altura: - después de una cena (almejas) en el restaurante, me pasé las siguientes 24h vomitando y con malestar. No tuve ni una disculpa por parte del hotel. Fueron los empleados por iniciativa propia que tuvieron sus propios detalles, pero nada oficial. Como mínimo, que no nos hubieran cobrado la cena (o el plato de almejas!!) - se trataba de nuestra luna de miel y el hotel no tuvo ni un detalle - el último día no había agua caliente y nos tuvimos que duchar con agua fría. De nuevo nada por parte del hotel. Salva la experiencia la amabilidad de sus empleados. El hotel, de forma oficial, no tiene ningún detalle con sus clientes.

• Positive: The location was stunning and right on the beach, which made relaxing so easy and convenient. The service and people working there were so helpful and nice. We just felt so at ease. The complimentary breakfast buffet was great and the eating area was facing the beach, which was nice to wake up to each morning. The dinner was not complimentary, but the menu was very high end and we ended up eating most of our dinners there instead of venturing out because it was so good and again, convenient and pleasant.
• Negative: The room was a little small, but we were not in it very often.

• Positive: The hotel property is right on Migjorn Beach with easy access to to restaurants and bars up and down the beach. The hotel itself has a comfortable vibe with lounge beds and lounge chairs scattered around the property, the pool and the beach. There is comfortable seating also throughout the grounds and bar area. It was nice to come back to Gecko after a day of beach bumming and go to the pool or settle into a comfortable chair with a chilled beverage and some smooth grooves playing in the background. The restaurant is Michelin rated, but the food is not overpriced.
• Negative: The pillows were foam.

• Room: 5 The rooms are basic and uninspired. But all the necessary amenities are there.
• Value for money: 5 The rooms are on the expensive side for a 4-5 star property. However, the food and beverages are very reasonably priced.
