• Positive: It is a very smart, well run small hotel in a central location. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very friendly.
• Negative: The little pedestrian street where the hotel was situated tended to be very quiet later at night and was slightly uneasy returning in the evening alone with my daughter.

• Cleanliness: 10 Very clean rooms and common areas. Bathrooms almost spotless.
• Location: 10 Great location in the Gothic Quarter. Shops and restaurants right on C. Del Pi. Just a few steps away from La Rambla. Short walk to Metro station. Shops on C. Del Pi close by 11pm, so nights are quiet.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Coffee and baked goods available free of charge all day (except during breakfast). Free internet access, but only one computer terminal. Outdoor courtyard patio.
• Staff: 10 Staff very freindly and accomodating.
• Quietness: 7.5 C. Del Pi is bustling with pedestrians shopping during the day. Great for people watching from your balcony. Nights are quiet as the shops are closed by around 11 pm.
• Room: 7.5 Room very comfortable. Bathroom clean with updated fixtures. Larger than many New York City hotel bathrooms. Air conditioning took a while to cool down the room.
• Value for money: 10 Great value, especially when compared to a comparable hotel room in a large US city like New York.
