• Location: 5 It was placed conveniently for my business meeting but I would have gladly had a better hotel a block or two further away

• Quietness: Not rated First room was right next to noisy elevator. Second room had no external window but a lot of noise from internal atrium and central aircon equipment
• Room: 2.5 The second room had been redecorated more recently than the first room but see above for noise and foul-smelling bathroom
• Value for money: 2.5 Very poor value for money given the basic failings above - plus the breakfast was a rip-off at 19Euro for a very mediocre breakfast buffet
