• Negative: The price for such low level hotel is not appropariate comparing what we can get in Maljorca. I am very disapointed about this hotel - reception is like in the very low level hostel, rooms are at very bad condition, public is not culturual. This hotel is definetly not for families. All these additional costs was the last point for my famaily to agree that we are happy that we stayed there only one night and we never will staty there and will not suggest to anyone to stay there.

• Positive: Pool area was nice. Drinks package was great and the staff were very friendly. Rooms were spacious with a large balcony area. Great location. Would only recommend to young party goers... not families!
• Negative: Rooms need a bit of TLC. Shower leaked into the bathroom so when 4 of us had a shower the floor was a massive puddle. It only needs some silicone under the bottom to fix it. The food was absolutely poor. We only eat there one day. Bland, not much choice. Breakfast was disgusting.

• Negative: The service was horrible, when we arrived at night, the lights in the lobby were off and the front desk clerk was very unprofessional. He didn't even give me a receipt and we almost did not even want to stay there for fear of not being safe.
