• Location: 7.5 only a couple of blocks from Sagrada Familia, bus 19 directly in front of hotel, 10-15 minutes to city center
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 service tried to deal with problems quickly, but the rooms are really tiny! hardly possible to get to closet. no room for suitcases, did not try room service
• Staff: 5 friendly, helped with advice for tourists, but slow to get improvements done
• Quietness: 7.5 room to street not too noisy, room to courtyard quiet
• Room: 2.5 no view, no room for suitcases, small closet for clothes, our first room was like a sauna, NO window to open, door blocked, it took 2 complaints until we got another room, only to find out that this new room would have been available the day(s) before !
• Value for money: 5 no comparison to other hotel in Barcelona. if you like to stay near Sagrada familia this is the place.

• Positive: The room( as well as the bathroom) was clean and comfortable- although it was quite small. The balcony had nice view for Barcelona. The breakfast was very simple but worth having. I liked the location- very close to Sagrada Famiglia- from where you could take metro or go to the centre just simply walking.
