• Positif: Staff were so frinedly and couldn't help enough. They offered to store our luggage the following week when we returned from our cruise and waited for a flight. Spotless clean and well mantained. Very central location.

• Chambre: 10 As we checked in early and it was my husband's 30th birthday we were upg raded to a junior suite. It was nice and spacious. Plenty of storage and with a full bathroom. View was just on to street below. Very light and airy and comfortable.
• Relation qualité-prix: 7,5 Hotel was very good value for accomodation, thought breakfast was too expensive for what we got.

• Positif: Fab location only a few minutes walk to the main stretch of the Ramblas. Great value for money clean tidy and i would say more of a 4 star than 3. We had a deluxe room and size wise it was very spacious better than some 5 star hotels i have stayed in . Obviously it doesnt have the jo malone or molten brown etc goodies in the bathroom but you wouldnt expect that at a 3 star . Though it did have an adaquate kit of essentials in case you had forgotten something . The roof top bar and pool area was nice to chill after a day of sight seeing

• Situation: 10 easy to walk doem to main square and only 15 minute stroll dowm the ramblas to the port area
• Installations et services: 7,5 Didnt have breakfast at the hotel went to numerous pasrty shops
• Personnel: 10 Didnt have much contact apart from checking in very helpful and allowed us a late check out as we had a late flight back
• Tranquillité: 7,5 You can hear slight noise of the underground but it is slight as i am a light sleeper and wasnt bothered by it
• Chambre: 10 Room 204 non smoking room with a view over side streets plesant enough to people watch
• Relation qualité-prix: 10 We managed to get this room for 95 euros a night excellent value

• Chambre: 10 Upgraded to a Junior Suite which was fantastic
• Relation qualité-prix: 10 Paid 90euro per night for a room that would cost twice that in UK
