• Positive: What I appreciated most was the willingness to assist of the receptionist. Every person on staff was very nice and helpful proving directions and information. It was also nice that they were bilingual. I also enjoyed the free tour provided. My tour guide was exceptionally knowledgeable and kind.
• Negative: The construction going on during my stay was a bit annoying, especially since I was trying to adjust to the time change and needed to sleep some during the day. However, the receptionist did apologize.
