• Location: 10 En pleno centro de Madrid.

• Quietness: 2.5 Está en una zona de marcha, en la calle hay ruido.
• Room: 7.5 Habitación muy bien equipada y en buen estado. El tamaño era más bien reducido, no es una habitación grande.
• Value for money: 10 Inmejorable.

• Positive: The Irish pub La Fontana de Oro was close by, within staggering distance. The air conditioning!! The free mini bar - water and soft drinks only, but better than nothing - a nice touch. The walking tour of Madrid is a lovey idea (in summer, perhaps better suited to later in the day when the sun is not so strong), we didn't do it this time as we had seen most of the City by walking for hours on end making great use of the amazing shopping and drinking activities which were preferable to us! The wifi worked well, very good for planning the days events as we saw fit. In walking distance from San Gines 24 hour chocolateria!!!!!
• Negative: People smoking marijuana in their room and the bell boy being too shy to do anything about it himself. The shower tray leaked all over the bathroom floor, as the plastic seals for the shower door were too old to keep the water where it should be. The room was TINY, there were bigger rooms available which were not offered to us, despite us staying nearly a week there. No bin in the room, only a tiny one in the bathroom. No ironing facilities!!
