• Positive: location is more than 30 minutes (on the metro) away from the city center
• Negative: staff does not speak english (at least the three receptionists i have met)

• Cleanliness: 7.5 mostly clean, although it does not have the look of being just recently opened
• Location: 2.5 in the heart of the industrial zone. not too far from the airport by taxi (around 20 minutes = 15 euros - but more than one hour by metro = 2 euros). but pretty far away (around 30 minutes) from the city center
• Common facilities and services: 5 breakfast is served in cafeteria next door, includes a glass of orange juice, a cuppa coffee, a croissant, and a bread roll with ham or cheese. not really worth the seven euros, i would say...
• Staff: 5 unfortunately not really english-speaking. but very helpful, as far as i can tell.
• Quietness: 7.5 a major road nearby, but windows are pretty efficient.
• Room: 10 well sized, stylish bathroom, air conditioned, and a good view of the parking lot.
• Value for money: 7.5 alright for the price.

• Location: 5 Depends on your goal. It is close to the airport and certain office buildings, but far from the city. Luckiliy a metro stsion is close-by (however for going to the airport by metro a large detour is needed.
