  • Cleanliness: 5 El primer día no pasaron por la habitación hasta las 16:30h.

  • Common facilities and services: Not rated El Spa: no funciona muchas de las instalaciones (chorros del jacuzzi, sauna). La piscina no estaba ni cubierta ni climatizada.
  • Staff: 2.5 El Spa no dispone de personal que informe y vele por el buen uso de las instalaciones y su seguridad.

  • Common facilities and services: 5 Habitación deficiente.
  • Staff: 5 Solicite cama de matrimonio e hicieron caso omiso. Quizás todas las habitaciones eran de dos camas...pero podrían haberme dicho algo.

  • Room: 2.5 Piso bajo, mala ubicacion. Mal olor en terraza,que también estana sucia con cristales. Cambio a otra habitación que no cerraba la puerta de terrazas, que la ducha se estancaba y hacia una piscina mientras te duchabas.
  • Value for money: 5 CARO teniendo en cuenta que a pesar de contar con 4 estrellas no está acorde con dicha clasificación. Nula oferta para residentes canarios .

  • Common facilities and services: 2.5 Lo del Spa podrían eliminarlo de la promoción, el buffet decepcionante al precio..

  • Room: 2.5 Posiblemente nos tocó el zulo, con detalles de algún abandono y seguramente las peores vistas de todo el complejo, la tv mal situada, sin aire acondicionado, correderas de exterior con sistema de anclaje chapucero..

  • Location: 7.5 lovely setting and views but road in from coast isolates it a bit
  • Common facilities and services: 10 loved the buffet arrangements and range of food. Relaxed public areas.
  • Staff: 10 Friendly, helpful and efficient
  • Quietness: 5 Dogs constantly barking from valley below.
  • Room: 7.5 Comfortable and spacious, good bed, fabulous views. Wash basin lacked effective plug and showers could have been better.
  • Value for money: 10 Very satisfied and hope to return.
