• Cleanliness: 7.5 some in my group said that the sheets were not clean...my room was fine
• Location: 7.5 good location in the heart of the tourist area
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 excellent breakfast
• Staff: 7.5 the front desk staff was nice with our group as was the waitstaff and housekeeping
• Quietness: Not rated the hallways were very noisy at night
• Room: 5 the room was fine, but bit too hot, the bed was not very comfortable and seemed to have a rubber mattress pad which made it very , very warm
• Value for money: 5 a basic hotel with a basic price

• Positive: It was extremely close to La Rambla and made walking around the centre of Barcelona very easy. It was clean and staff were helpful. The room we had was to the back and was of very decent size for two girls and lots of luggage and shopping!!! there was no view but it was a quiet room as requested so we got plenty of sleep.
• Negative: Some of the decor in the room was dated(plastic type headboards) but the bathroom shower despite it%27s look was powerful and lovely and hot.

• Cleanliness: 5 peluza se queda sobre muebles y no limpian abajo de las camas

• Common facilities and services: 7.5 bien en general aunque que le deblocage de las targetas de credito el primer dia sin avisar alcliente y en general bien
• Staff: 7.5 serviables pero no avisan el cliente para bloquear el dinero a demas al pago no descuenten el bloqueado tienen que estar atentos en estas cosas si no nos damos cuenta pagamos los dias en effectivo mas 90.5 euros que estaba debloqueada sin aviso
• Quietness: 5 ruido exterior de la calle en la noche
• Room: 7.5 minibar no funciona
• Value for money: 5 precio normal pero lo que nos molestado es han desbloquedo 90.50 euros al presentar la targeta del credito sin avisarnos y al pagar hemos olvidado el bloqueado y hemos pagado la factura completa sin descontar 90.5 euros y todavia no nos devuelven o desbloquear el 90.50 euros
