• Lage: 10 Excellent location. Within a 3 minute walk from the Aeroport bus stop in the University Plaza and less than 5 minutes walk through interesting old streets to Les Ramblas and the Old Town. Lots of eating places and bars nearby. Also very close to metro stations for getting further afield.
• Einrichtungen und Service: 5 Very nice breakfast room and adjoining terrace. The breakfast is good value for money with a good choice of items although no cooked breakfast. Other facilities limited but adequate.
• Personal: 10 The staff are friendly, helpful and courteous and speak good English.
• Ruhe: 5 The room we had was at the back of the hotel so it was quiet but did not have a view - this was a personal choice because the hotel is in the University area with lots of bars and a room at the front could have been noisy until late at night. However, the walls are quite thin so noise from other guests could be heard from other rooms and the corridor. We were fortunate that other guests were mainly quiet and kept the same hours as us so this didn't disturb us.
• Zimmer: 5 The room was basic but adequate, comfortable and very clean. We had a balcony but no view because we were at the back of the hotel. However, this didn't really matter because we were only in the room first thing in the morning and last thing at night so the quietness of the room was the most important thing for us.
• Preis-Leistungs: 10 This hotel offers excellent value for money.
