• Negative: Lack of sound insulation- ironically not from outside noise, but could hear noise from inside very loudly. Woke up at 4 am on first morning from sound of someone walking in the corridor, which almost sounded like it was in my room.

• Staff: 5 Staff were friendly but appeared to be totally inflexible. I find that most hotels are normally happy to extend check-out by a couple of hours. However, was not allowed to extend checkout by 1 minute! Seemed strange considering it was a Sunday when I would imagine the hotel would be less busy. A little flexibility goes a long way!
• Quietness: 5 Inside noise sounded like it was in my room. Could not hear outside noise.
• Room: 5 Room ok but little natural light
• Value for money: 5

• Positive: The staff! Baggage was cared for, the room was comfortable, we were helped to find great restaurants, and treated with courtesy at all times. Definitely would go back! Good area to fine everything.
