• Positive: Un hôtel idéalement situé dans Barcelone (Las Ramblas), dans un bâtiment présentant une très jolie façade. La place de Catalogne, point de départ et d'arrivée des navettes depuis l'aéroport, est située à deux pas. Le personnel de l'hôtel est particulièrement accueillant, attentionné et toujours prêt à donner de bons conseils pour la visite de la ville. L'établissement et les chambres sont particulièrement agréables et très bien entretenues. Un hôtel à réserver sans hésitation.

The hotel and especially the staff, they were SO accomodating and friendly, I am in the Customer Service industry and cannot stress how important front of house training is. all in all a very memorable stay. I emailed the manager, Sanchez before coming to the hotel as we had so many people arriving for a family reunion I wanted it to be perfect. He assured me it would be and IT WAS! thanks Sanchez and staff!! Hotel beautifully clean classy - lovely.
• Negative: Nothing really - maybe one little tiny thing - a cup of coffe or tea in the room but this did not distract from a wonderful stay,

• Location: 10 Right on La Rambla in the heart of the Gothic area.
• Common facilities and services: 2.5 Only a bar
• Staff: 10 Some of the nicest people I have met
• Quietness: 10 But then I was at the back of the hotel looking onto another building
• Room: 7.5 Lovely bed, no view, only water and oj in the minibar, no chest of drawers, non-hotel guests not permitted in the hotel so don't invite friends to visit!!
• Value for money: 5 It's a lovely hotel, lovely people, great location but quite expensive as a consequence
