• Location: 10 The hotel is located on the perfect place on Las Ramblas, close to the action and near metro stops. Still, the hotel is very safe, there was a guard outside the hotel even when we stayed out until 4 am. The solarium gives a perfect view of the whole city.
• Common facilities and services: 10 Having free access to internet was wonderful. The sixth floor solarium gave us a priceless view of the entire city.
• Staff: 10 Everyone who worked at the hotel spoke English and was willing and able to help us arrange activities/dinner, and advise us on local sights. They were courteous and genuinely welcoming.
• Quietness: 10 Despite hearing rumors that staying on Las Ramblas would be loud, the room was completely quiet with a light blocking electric shade over the window. So peaceful we slept in until 2 pm!
• Room: 7.5 The room was huge and luxurois compared to most I am used to in Europe. The bathroom had a full shower and jacuzzi tub. There was a separate lounge area with couch and two flat screen tvs in the room.
• Value for money: Not rated

• Staff: 10 They could not have been more helpful - they assisted us with getting a taxi by flagging one down - it took them about 20mins whilst another member of staff looked after luggage. luggage all this time as well.
• Quietness: 7.5 We were located at the back of the hotel and it was quiet but may not be if you have one of the rooms at the front as it fronts onto Las Ramblas
• Room: 7.5 Rooms were large, amenities excellent but we didn%27t have a view as we were at the back of the hotel
