• Positive: Friendly staff, secure hotel, nice big room, very central location right on Las Ramblas.
• Negative: The large spa bath was nice, but the shower was over the bath, there were no grab rails, and no bath mat. This would be very hard for older people to manage.

• Common facilities and services: 2.5 There are no seats in the foyer, which is unusual
• Staff: 10
• Quietness: 2.5 But it is on Las Ramblas, so you expect noise. It was not unbearable, just people shouting and talking in the street, but be aware this continues throughout the night until at least 5 am.
• Room: 7.5 Strangely, there were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room, not even a jug. And no tissues. Access to shower was difficult.
