• Positif: The staff were all great, very friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful with an amazing view. We couldn't have wished for more.

• Propreté: 10 We had no complaints at all. Nice crisp sheets and everything looked great.
• Situation: 10 It was a great location with the most amazing view from our room. If you're not lucky enough to get a room with a view, you can still enjoy it with a great dinner on the terrace. Perfect!
• Installations et services: 7,5 The pool was chilly! But still a fantastic view.
• Personnel: 10 All of the staff that we had contact with were great. Very helpful and friendly and happy to give some hints and tips on were to eat and drink.

• Chambre: 10 We had a lovely room with a spectacular view. It was a good size and very comfortable. The furnishing and decorations were definitely not run of the mill. We felt special to be staying there.
• Relation qualité-prix: 10 This was probably our most expensive hotel for our three week trip, but once we saw the location and room it was worth every cent. We loved Ronda from the moment we arrived and our accommodation enhanced our experience. Splurge and enjoy.

• Positif: I liked that it was close to all the sights perched right on the gorge.
• Négatif: We booked months in advance for a room with a view. We arrived early and told our room wasn't available. When we returned a few hours later they gave us a room without a view. We had to object and they said it was their fault and only wanted to refund the money we paid for the view. We traveled 4 hours by train to stay at the hotel. We were very disappointed and only after an hour of complaining did we get the room for as discount. The whole exeperience was terrible. They offered us drinks on the patio only if we left before 8 p.m. when it got busy. Would not take a risk staying here if you want the view. The room we got was very small and dark.
