• Staff: 10 Sara and Bob and Kristina were excellent and very helpful and friendly
• Quietness: 7.5 I was afraid being right on the main street that it would be noisy, but it was fine.
• Room: 5 I really liked the double room with balcony, but did not like my single room.
• Value for money: 7.5 I paid extra for the location and style, I believe it was worth it.

• Positive: location, very close and central to all the site we wanted to to see and a short cab ride to the cruise ship terminal. The front desk staff were VERY helpful, the arrange the cab in the morning and when I didn't have the proper NA electrical converter to charge my phone the kindly lent me one to use during my visit.
