• Negative: No es admisible en un hotel de esta categoria que una de las mañanas no hubiese agua caliente. Este fallo anula cualquier aspecto positivo del hotel pues se trata de un fallo en un aspecto clave. Ante esta situación lo único que hizo el hotel fue pedir disculpas y ningún responsable nos contactó
