• Positive: The location was fantastic and the young women on front reception were some of the best in any hotel I have stayed in. They were efficient, helpful and fun. They were particularly kind to my 90 year old mother. We had a room overlooking the street which was fun, but it was well insulated as we didn't hear a thing despite it being New Year. The room quality and cleanliness was very good.

• Negative: Couldn't get room clean up service after 6pm and no replenish of free mini bar on my second day stay because I forgot to change the Do not disturb tag to Clean the room.

• Cleanliness: 5 Disappointed that I couldn't get housekeeping service on my second day stay. Though the room includes free mini bar ,it was not replenushed. Well I guess it was my mistake. I put the Do not disturb tag on the door when I left the room. In many hotels I had stayed, they provide room cleaning service even after 6pm.

• Positive: Atención personal. La habitación silenciosa y cómoda aunque un poco justa en espacio. El restaurante, exquisito el cocido de los jueves. Su ubicación en pleno Centro de Madrid.
• Negative: No me gustó que el inodoro estaba suelta la tapadera y el problema era solo apretar un tornillo. Creo que los sanitarios son susceptibles de reforma.
