• Positive: How well the maids cleaned the room, and were very helpful.
• Negative: The reception staff, the fact that i paid for all inclusive but it IS NOT all inclusive. Breakfast lunch and dinner is SET hours, if you do not choose one of all 3 courses from the menu then you get charged for the meal you HAVENT chosen therfore you get charged for literally not eating!! Any soft drinks ordered outside of meal time you get charged for! ALL INCLUSIVE DOES NOT MEAN ALL INCLUSIVE AT THIS HOTEL!!
