• Positive: The location, the comfortable beds, the friendly staff and the good housekeeping.
• Negative: The lack of storage space (drawers etc), the sliding door to the bathroom and the fact the shower leaked onto the floor. The fact the price doubled on Friday nights.

• Location: 7.5 5 minutes walk from the sagrada familia and 2 minutes to a metro station with connections to everywhere you'd want to go in Barcelona. Nice to be away from the tourist traps of the ramblas

• Quietness: 5 You could always hear all noises from the bathroom and sometimes from the room next door.
• Room: 5 Not huge, but not small.
• Value for money: 5 Good value for money unless you're there at the weekend!

• Positive: L'accueil, la gentillesse, les indications touristiques (sites, métro, bus + réservation téléphonique de restaurants) de tout le personnel de l'hôtel --- le petit-déjeuner à volonté, constamment réapprovisionné même pour les derniers levés --- Situation au calme mais proche du centre, à pied ou en métro, bus.
• Negative: Notre chambre triple était très mal insonorisée, on entendait tout ce qui se disait dans la chambre d'à côté, alors que les occupants parlaient normalement --- En plus, toutes les chambres triples sont des chambres "communiquantes" pourquoi ???????????

• Positive: la ubicacion, 2 calles abajo de la sagrada familia yal lado de la estacion de metro Monumental.
• Negative: la poca limpieza de la habitacion,solo hacian las camas y limpiaban el baño,pero no limpiaban el suelo y había mucho polvo. No reponian los geles de ducha. La habitacion comunicaba mediante una puerta a la habitacion de al lado, aunque la puerta estuviera cerrada con llave se escuchaba todo de la habitacion de al lado.
