• Positive: Was the location, although it's a bit of a hike from the main road if you haven't got a car. The staff were all first class , pleasant and helpful even when bust.

• Location: 10 If you like walking or skiing then it's perfect ANF the scenery is beautiful.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Think it should have tea and coffee facilities in the rooms. Shower screens not curtains would be better
• Staff: 10 All the staff I dealt with were excellent, even though I couldn't speak Spanish. The receptionists were very friendly, the man in charge of the bar very amiable, and the head waiter at breakfast very business like, but a nice man.

• Room: 7.5 Excellent wardrobe space, good size bathroom all usual facilities including a hair dryer. Beds and tv fine. Internet erratic but my 4g coverage was virtually none existent.
• Value for money: 10 For the rate I paid you could not complain at all.
