• Staff: 5 1 staff member (older man) at the bar/restaurant. We wanted to eat a snack. And he ignored me twice. First when I said %27good afternoon%27, second when i wanted to ask him if it was possible to eat a snack. He didn%27t even looked at me and went to the kitchen. This wasn%27t a nice situation. And I don%27t expect this behaviour of the staff from a four star hotel. Reception staff was friendly.
