• Location: 10 Location couldn’t be better
• Common facilities and services: 5 I think there are still early opening issues. It’s difficult to book roof top bar and Asian restaurant. Everything seems to have to go through one person on reception who is not always there. Reception staff were very good but staff in bar and restaurant didn’t seem very well trained. Breakfast was very poorly organised and felt like a Covid risk. The buffet was crammed into a small area and was constantly crowded. It felt uncomfortable and potentially very dangerous. The food offering was limited and the coffee was very poor for Spain as it was out of a push button machine

• Room: 7.5 Room was nice but hanging/storage space was very limited. There was no long mirror and the bathroom is quite small and the shower is tiny. We had issues with closing our shower door
• Value for money: 7.5 We enjoyed it. If staff and breakfast issues were sorted out, it would be value for money. We had the breakfast each morning as we had paid for it, but it would have been a better and safer experience to go elsewhere and pay extra money
