Our philosophy is based on the utmost respect for our customers and the environment. In order to do this, we promote good environmental practices like healthy-eating and the use of natural foods (from organic origin without genetic modifications). We offer a 0-mile breakfast with local and seasonal products (biological and ecological). We also provide our customers the possibility to classify the waste generated by origin or nature at each one of the floors of the hotel.
