We are sorry to know that you were not satisfied with the vegetarian option for the New Year's dinner. We will consider it in the future. In the same way we will take action to see if there are any problem with the heating of swimming pools. As for the cutlery in the villa, we take note of your complaint, but we regret that you had not brought quickly to the attention of reception to fix it on the spot. We will appreciate if you notify everything like this if you decide to visit us again in order to meet your expectations. We will be delighted to welcome you back to the resort."
