• ここが良かった: the location of the hotel was perfect
• ここが気に入らなかった: the bad smell in the rooms. Really very bad!!! It was just like having the wc drains all over the place. The staff in the reception were all perfect and willing to assist you. The staff during the breakfast was rude and not willing to serve you. There was one lady, didnt seems to be spanish was very rude if you asked for more than one snack asking you how much are you going to eat.

• 清掃について: 採点なし The maid only did the bed. You had to ask for soap. No cleaning of the wc or bathroom at all
• 立地条件について: 10 the location of the hotel was very good
• 設備やサービスについて: 2.5 there are no common facilities besides the place for breakfast
• スタッフ: 5 the staff at the reception desk was polite and very good. the staff, to be more specific the 'ladies' at the breakfast were awful, rude and make you feel unwelcome.
• 騒音について: 2.5 too much noise outside the hotel especially during weekend and very noisy inside. you could hear everything
• 客室について: 5 small room but it was ok. the view was ok.
• 満足度は？: 5 According to the price we paid and the information given to us on the internet we expected more. The info on the internet was exaggerated according to what we got.
