• Staff: 2.5 El señor que nos hizo el Check-in no fue nada amable, ni fue nada atento con mi familia. La reserva incluía cesta de frutas y botella de agua a la llegada al hotel, pero lo recibimos cuando volvimos del servicio de cena, hasta tres veces le avisamos de qué no lo habían traído y solo nos decía que el ya había avisado a la gobernanta. Al llegar, no nos gustó la habitación que nos dieron y pedimos otra, tuvimos que hacer varias visitas a la recepción para solventar el problema y en una ocasión me dejó esperando en la puerta para recoger las maletas y tuve que volver a recepción porque no me abría. Al cambiar de habitación le preguntamos si habría diferencia económica pero no nos supo decir ni cuánto sería, ni cuando nos lo devolverían...la chica de por la tarde fué mucho más amable y atenta y nos resolvió todas las dudas y ella fué la que nos resolvió todo.

• Positive: The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The rooftop terrace and bar was very nice. The restaurant was very good but we would have liked a wine list to be offered.
• Negative: No option to have a double bedroom; 2 twin beds pushed together is not the same. The glass bathroom wall and door is not a good idea for privacy when using the wc. The rooftop pools were not heated as advertised and too cold for us; we were very disappointed about this.

• Common facilities and services: 5 Rooftop pools too cold, not heated as advertised. Rooftop bar and terrace was lovely though. The lounge area and bar were not welcoming really.

• Quietness: 5 Our first room overlooked the street and was very noisy . The 2nd room with interior view was much quieter and nicer.
• Room: 7.5 Good size, very clean and comfortable but the bathroom setup is not good with glass walls and door. We wanted a double bed but this was not an option; the 2 single beds pushed together kept moving apart.

• Cleanliness: 7.5 1x würde Zimmerreservierung vergessen - erst nach 2x Reklamation erfolgte diese abends noch (im Dezember 2021 ebenso 1x nicht gereinigt, auch nicht nach Reklamation)

• Staff: 5 2 Personen an der Rezeption topp, im Service kann ich nur Nuria hervorheben (immer freundlich und nach Lösungen bestrebt), andere im Service beim Frühstück eher mit sich selbst beschäftigt oder selbst um 07:30h ist Frühstücksraum noch geschlossen und man schaut lieber auf die Uhr, ob man den Gast nicht doch nochmals wegschicken kann... Wenn es einen "Chef" vom Service geben soll muss dieser Nuria heißen.
