• Positive: Cleanliness in the room. Really enjoyed the hot shower and body moisturising product.
• Negative: The hotel advertised for complimentary coffee and pastries in the terrace ( level 7) from 5 to 7 pm. When we went to the terrace, we were not offered any pastries. They even charged us $4 euros for 2 cafe solo. The staff in the terrace were not very friendly which was unfortunate as otherwise, we would have had more drinks there.
