• Positive: Es muy lindo y bien acabado. Buena gente que nos dio la bienvenida y demas.
• Negative: Tiene politica de la maquina de cafe gratuito solo después del mediodía. Obviamente quieren incentivar la compra del desayuno completo en 15 euros, pero no hay otra manera de tomarse un cafe sin comprar el desayuno completo. Su equipo gentilmente empataba con mi consulta y gentilmente sugirido irme a dos cuadras para tomarme mi cafe. Me parece una política muy mal pensado para ganar unos euros mas de una tarifa ya considerable. No es un estándar de un hotel de 4 estrellas enviar sus huéspedes a dos cuadras para no vendernos un sencillo cafe. En realidad un cafe ya debería ser gratuito todo el día para ofrecer un servicio completo. Sus desayunos se veían ricos, pero no me dio ganas comprobar frente su inconveniente manera de captar mas dinero.

• Negative: My navigation system failed to get to your address. Mostly due to the one way regulations around the hotel. Finally I could get there, using the 'Marina Kalea' as target destination. Possibly you can add some explanation to your website to make it easier for future guests.
