• Negative: Children not admitted to hotel. This spoilt our stay completely. Also the fact that smoking on balconies was apparently allowed by hotel. This resulted in us being unable to use our balcony on several occasions because of smoke pollution from adjoining balconies.

• Value for money: Not rated Didn't get value for money because of no children being allowed to visit us in hotel. Wouldn't have booked hotel if we had known this.

• Negative: El desayuno. Es incomprensible la baja calidad para un hotel de 4 estrellas. Solo se explica por las tarifas reducidas que deben cobrar a los mayoristas ingleses que hagan que quejan que ajustar costes Misma cuestión con los baños. Necesitan una reforma. Esa bañera es impensable!!!!!
