• Positivo: Very varied and tasty selection for breakfast and dinner. Good evening entertainment in the bar. Fast and stable Wi-Fi (also in the rooms). Easy and inexpensive to reach from the airport (short walk from Los Boliches train stop).
• Negativo: Matrasses in the room could be improved. Music in the bar a little bit too loud for normal conversation. One particular staff member was not kind, namely the cashier in the restaurant (maybe because of language issues) - other staff was exceptionally friendly though.

• Positivo: The food this year was excellent, new menu, loved all the pasta dishes both at lunch time and evenings. Also the Italian and Chinese theme nights were excellent, and to a very good standard well done. Christmas Gala meal also excellent and we enjoyed the entertainment, Beatles tribute.
• Negativo: Christmas eve, it was impossible to get a drink in the Happy Hour, not enough staff and the 4 ladies who were there could not cope serving so many people. You need more staff on until the Happy Hour rush has finished at 9.30pm. after that it was ok. Also, why have Bingo and a quiz on at prime entertainment time, Bingo is not entertainment, play the Bingo at 8pm or 8.30pm and leave the 9pm and 10pm time for entertainment, dancing etc. Lastly, we book direct through the hotel internet site, and were disappointed that you have stopped the glass of wine and water with the meals, it was a nice gesture and much appreciated. It would have been nice if it had continued.
