• Positif: Helpful and efficient staff. As the hotel was very full both entertainment venues were open which gave us more choice, this was so much better than just an overcrowded patio bar. The Aquarium lounge should be open all the time for the Gold entertainment - the sound quality and seating comfort is so much better down there.
• Négatif: The fact that the hotel was full, meaning queues for breakfast and dinner, although not all the time. Also, the shower in room 614 was dangerous, it went from very hot to freezing cold. Aleisa at reception was very helpful and moved us to a higher room (912) where the shower worked perfectly.

• Propreté: 7,5 Our only disappointment is the Cleanliness in La Sirena. Dishes often had food particles and chair seats were soiled. we recognize that with the high turnover between meals make cleaing difficult, but some effort should be made in between meals.
