• ここが良かった: From the start of our holiday Alicia in reception was very helpful and allocated us a good room overlooking the pool and a wonderful view. All the staff - cleaners, reception, handyman, bar staff and restaurant - all excellent. We booked full board and thoroughly enjoyed our lunches - hopefully you will be offering the 'over 55 full board deal' again for December and next March.
• ここが気に入らなかった: Unfortunately you still have a problem with having all the entertainment in the patio lounge. The sound is really bad and people want to sit and chat or dance to background type music. You need to open up the entertainment room downstairs and put all the cabaret acts down there - result - everyone happy !
