"Apreciada clienta, Estamos encantados al leer que su estancia en el hotel ha sido tan satisfactoria y que todo ha sido de su agrado. Lamento mucho el problema con las hormigas ya que todos los años y antes de la temporada fumigamos todo el hotel por lo que todavía nos sorprende cuando aparece un problema de esta índole.
