• Common facilities and services: 2.5 La nevera no cerraba bien. Solo pase una noche y no tuve que cocinar pero si hubiera tenido que cocinar hubiera echado en falta una mejor cocina

• Room: 5 La habitación era bonita, buena decoración. Lo peor las vistas, que daba a un patio. Interior y veías la habitación de enfrente. No podías tener las cortinas abiertas. El baño era más feito, esperaba más. La ducha tenía un dispositivo con jabón pero no había como en muchos hoteles artículos de baño como champú, crema etc.

• Positive: La ubicación: céntrica puedes llegar desde Atocha andando, cerca de los museos más importantes , amplia oferta gastronomica muy cerca y te permite conocer Madrid sin necesidad de metro. Los colchones y las almohadas muy buenos.

• Quietness: 5 Ausencia de ruido interior, como solicitamos habitación exterior está aislada con ventana doble, pero el ambiente de la calle es el que es y contra eso no se puede hacer nada. Descansamos muy bien.

• Positive: Great location so the rest of the city is easy to explore. It was surprisingly large space with nice French doors opening onto a Juliette Balcony
• Negative: Whilst the location was great, the nightclub underneath our room and down the road did not really stop until 4.00am. If you can cope with this then it would be hard to find better. We could also hear the nocturnal activities of the couple in the next room!!!
