• Staff: 5 Not answering email when employee stand all time in front of the reception desktop!
• Quietness: Not rated Very noisy environment and like old building no noisy absorption.
• Room: 5 Duplex a bit dangerous with young kids.
• Value for money: 7.5 Great if you plan to party in madrid :)
