• Room: 5 The room was slightly disappointing this year. I felt it was quite tired looking. Bedding was very thin and the clean towels looked dirty. The beds are also uncomfortable. I think they should invest in new beds, fresh bedding and new towels. The bedding and towels were very tatty looking. Our block said no smoking but unfortunately our room had a smokey smell. I guess there isn't really anything the hotel can do about this.
• Value for money: 10 Superb value for money and we have already booked for next year.
