• Location: 2.5 It is quite a walk. I was ok, but for older people the hill is tough and for younger people, a long way from the entertainment
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 the pool was great. The ambience of the bar and restaurant very lacking
• Staff: 10 Except for the guy at the bar, everyone super friendly and efficient
• Quietness: 5 noise in the corridor of children running by, one night I could hear couple screaming at each other at 1am.
• Room: 5 room a good size. terrible view of a wall from the patio. Tv had fewer channels than expected when paying extra money.

• Location: 10 Personally location is perfect though it is up a hill I find it a nice walk, the bus stop is directly outside
• Common facilities and services: 10 Pool area is fantastic also a heated indoor pool which we have used in the winter, fantastic. Bar area is very spacious and clean.
• Staff: 10 Staff are the friendliest I've met and prompt if you do have a problem
• Quietness: 7.5 Because of the location the hotel is in a lovely quiet residential area, rooms are pretty quiet but can sometimes be a bit noisy from the hallway but fine
• Room: 10 Apartments are excellent, everything you need, lots of space, very comfortable, very bright. Views vary some better than others but fine.
• Value for money: 10 You really do get very good value for money
