• Would you recommend it? Yes
• Positive: the location. we could walk to everything. the view was great as well 8th floor looking out over the city.
• Negative: what was not to like, the elevator is a bit small but it fit my wife and me and our luggage....what more do we need

• I recommend it especially AGAINST... Luxury, Handicapped
• Cleanliness: 10 the place was very clean nothing wrong here at all
• Location: 10 walking distance to the palace and Plaza D'Espana as well as right between two hop on hop off bus tour stops....perfect
• Common facilities and services: 5 it's basically a hostel so there's not much
• Staff: 10 staff were very patient with our inability to speak Spanish, we managed to get what we needed in the end
• Quietness: 5 just off the Gran Via of Madrid so there is life going on outside but it did not interfere
• Room: 10 keeping in mind the price point the room is great, TV, free internet, private bathroom, little balcony, awesome
• Value for money: 10 couldn't get more for the money I am sure.

• Positive: The room was clean and pleasant with a great shower. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The staff were very friendly and helpful, both over email prior to our visit and during our stay. We were able to leave our bags at the hotel after we had checked out. It is a great location for exploring Madrid. We would definitely stay there again.
• Negative: On Saturday night, the people in the next room woke us up being incredibly noisey and loud. However the gentleman on reception did reprimand them.

• Cleanliness: 10 so clean
• Location: 10 brilliant location
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 no breakfast but great shower, modern television and air conditioning in the rooms
• Staff: 10 very kind and helpful
• Quietness: 5 generally quiet but noisy people on the Saturday night disturbed our sleep
• Room: 7.5 quite small with no view to speak of but clean with excellent shower, comfortable bed, good telelvision and air-conditioning

• Common facilities and services: 5 Hay wifi. Nuestra habitación era con baño, pequeño pero correcto.
• Staff: 2.5 Siempre hay algien en recepción. Aunque para abrir la puerta de abajo te dan un tarjeta para abrir por la noche.
• Quietness: 5 Nuestra habitación situada hacia Gran via, y por la noche un poco de ruido por los coches.
